Breakfast
Breakfast is not included but we do offer a hearty Klein Karoo Breakfast on request – please enquire about the Price & Book your breakfast no later than 19h00 at Reception for the next day. Breakfast is served from 07h30 till 09h00.

Check-in Time: 14h00 till 20h00
Check-out Time: 10h00
Late Check-in MUST be arranged in advance and is subject to Management Discretion.

Guest Amenities
All self-catering units are equipped with a basic set of crockery & cutlery. Should anything break please feel free to bring it to our attention, so that it can be replaced at replacement value.
Fridge Unit
Your fridge unit contains filtered water, coffee & tea supplies. Should you require more, please enquire at reception.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping will take place on a Daily Basis. Should this not be required please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door. Please ensure that all valuables and cash are safely with you when leaving for the day. We do have a General Safe at Reception which you may request to use at your own risk.
Air-conditioning
Please feel free to use the Air-conditioning to cool your room or apartment, but please switch off your Air-conditioning whilst you are away.
Television
Your television has selected DSTV channels. Should you have a special request – you may ask at Reception and we will assist if possible.
Swimming Pool
The pool is available for your use from 08h00 till 22h00. Please note use of pool is at your own risk and ALL children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.
Quiet Time
Quiet Time is from 22h00 till 08h00 and we should please all respect this time.
Visitors
Please note the use of this facility is for paying guests only and NO outside visitors are allowed, unless arranged prior with Management and will be granted under strict conditions.
Playground
The use of the playground is at your own risk and is for children under 12 years. Once again, young children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Animals
With prior arrangement, guests are welcome to bring their friendly socialized pets. Terms and Conditions apply, so please contact us direct. We have 3 of our own dogs onsite and they are all friendly. Please however we request that you do not chase or try and hug them. PLEASE DO NOT feed any of the dogs, as they are on specialized Vet-prescribed eating plans.
Emergency Evacuation Procedure
In the unlikely event of an emergency, please proceed calmly to the Emergency Gathering Point as indicated on the Map in the information brochure in your room.
